Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Items that are returned incomplete, used, or damaged may not be eligible for a refund.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used. These include:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, please contact us to arrange a replacement.
